Copy the address into your email, or open it in your email app. We read every message and reply within one day at the latest.
To get an answer faster, include
- your organization name and the app or agent ID from the dashboard;
- what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when (with your time zone);
- the SDK and version you use (Node or Python).
Never send API keys, webhook secrets or passwords. We will never ask for them. If one was exposed, rotate it in the dashboard first.
