Feedback and quality reviews
Attach feedback to an agent to preserve a correction or an operating instruction. Quality Reviews provide a separate AI review workflow for evaluating behavior. Open a review to inspect its reasoning before using it to change a prompt.

Feedback that is injected into a prompt goes through the command approval workflow. A feedback record by itself does not mean the live prompt has changed.
