Dashboard and live monitoring

Start with the Dashboard for a fleet summary, Apps for connection health, and Agents for individual status. The Live Monitor brings operational events and command activity into one view. Open a run or command when you need the evidence behind an alert.

Agent state and health score answer different questions. State reports whether an agent is running, idle, paused, stopped, or in error. The health score measures the proportion of non-error runs in the supplied recent-run window. Fewer than five runs produces no score, not zero percent health.

A missing heartbeat indicates stale connection data. It does not prove the agent is stopped. Verify the app’s connectivity and inspect the most recent heartbeat before sending a command. After an intervention, check both command acknowledgement and the next reported agent state.
