Audit history

The Audit screen records operational actions such as command creation, approval decisions, authorization denials, and Testing Lab apply requests. Entries include an actor, action, target, metadata, and timestamp when provided by the operation.

GET /api/audit?limit=100&offset=0 returns organization-scoped records. The maximum page size is 500. Use this history alongside run records and command status to understand who changed what.
